What services does Road Pilot provide?
Road Pilot offers full back-office and compliance support for carriers and owner-operators, including Dispatcher Training, LLC & EIN registrations, DOT & MC filings, IRP services, Traffic Ticket referral services, and Operating Authority packages all in one place.
Do I need experience to enroll in the Freight Dispatcher Course?
No. Our Freight Dispatcher From Zero course is designed for beginners as well as individuals looking to expand their logistics knowledge.
What is included in the Operating Authority Package?
Our package includes support for your USDOT Number, MC Number, BOC-3 filing, a Getting Started Guide, and coaching support to help you launch your trucking operation correctly.
How long does it take to get my MC and USDOT numbers?
Your USDOT number becomes active immediately after approval. The MC number requires a 21-day FMCSA review period before activation.
Do you guarantee government approval?
No. Government agencies (FMCSA, Florida Department of State, IRS, etc.) make final approval decisions. Road Pilot assists with accurate preparation and submission to reduce errors and delays.

Where are the in-person classes held?
